Kermie Broke His Arm

That's right. KJ and I were trying to get Kermie get to bed when he tripped and fell on the carpet. Neither KJ nor I saw it happen, and we thought he was faking at first. When we realized he wasn't able to stay asleep because he was in so much pain and at the sight of his pain (his elbow) we took him to the ER at Lakeview Hospital. This happened Monday, November 24th. It was about 11:30p.m. when we decided to take him to the ER. I took him hoping that KJ would be able to go to sleep so he could go to work the following day, but KJ couldn't sleep. Especially when the Lakeview doctor decided we needed to be transferred to Primary Children's to get checked out and find out if Kermie would need surgery since it was very close to the growth plate. When KJ got to Lakeview he whipped out our camera, so I ended up taking pics as the ambulance gentleman took Kermie into the Ambulance. At Lakeview Kermie was very brave and watched a few movies on his Dad's Ipod to keep him distracted. Then when we got to Primary Children's Kermie had me read him a few books. Besides one or two 5-10 minute naps Kermie stayed awake the whole time until we got in the car to drive home at 5:30 a.m.
