It only took one time for my husband to spend upward of $40 on roses for me to teach him that I don't care about the little
baby's breath, or extra crap flower stuff the insert among the roses to make them cost TWICE as much. So he brought me home the most beautiful (might I say cost effective) flowers! I loved them for over a week! I actually just threw them away today! When I showed them to my mom she said change the water every day and I can't remember how often she said to trim the stems. Needless to say I changed the water every other day and trimmed them 3 times when normally I would have only done it once, right when I got them. The quality of how long they lasted was a whole lot better...so THANK YOU MOM for the advice! But more importantly thank you to my hubby who gets up at 5am almost every morning to go to work. Sometimes as early as 4am. Right now he's working 4 10's, but it's more normal for him to work at least 5 12's. He's gone overnight at least once a week. He never complains that he comes home to a cluttered house, that at least 70% of the time after he's had one of his 12 hour days he's the one who cooks dinner. I am so lucky to have him be my eternal husband. Thing is he's the one who's always telling me he's lucky to have me. Thank you honey, for everything. To Infinity and
Beyond Baby!!! Love, Your Adoring Wife
